Shipping policy

Jay's Paws ships domestic and international! Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  Please allow 1-3 business days to after order confirmation to process shipping.  All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or DHL for international orders. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has shipped.  Please note: it may take up to 48 hours for tracking status to be updated on the USPS website.  Allow 2-7 business days to receive your order after it has been processed.  Please allow up to 21 days for International shipping. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier, weather or other state of emergency.

We are only able to ship to the address indicated at checkout.  Shipping address are exported from one database to another, please ensure that the address you enter is correct upon receiving order confirmation email.  If an address error is made, please email us within 5 hours of confirmation email.  Once orders are processed for shipment, no changes can be made.

We are not responsible for missing packages (stolen packages, packages marked delivered and are not in your mailbox), this is an issue you must contact your delivery carrier for. Once you have a received a tracking number from Jay's Paws it is your sole responsibility to track your package. Any shipping issues are not the responsibility of Jay's Paws. If you typically have issues with missing packages, we strongly suggest you pay extra at checkout for signature required delivery.
