Q: Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every oil, tea, soak, and herbal product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. I use fresh dried herbs, quality carrier oils, and solar infusion techniques to ensure quality.


Q: Are your teas and oils safe during pregnancy or while nursing?
Please consult with your healthcare provider before using any herbal product during pregnancy or while nursing. Though many herbs are traditionally used for support, individual bodies and risks vary.


Q: Is it safe to use your products if I have a medical condition or take medications?
Please read all product instructions, ingredient lists, warnings, and disclaimers carefully before use. While my offerings are rooted in natural wellness, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before using herbal products — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a health condition. Your safety matters deeply to me, and it’s important to make informed choices that honor your body.


Q: How do I use your bath soaks?
Each bath soak comes in either a cotton drawstring sachet or a glass vial for loose pouring. Submerge sachets in warm bathwater like a tea bag. For loose herbs, pour directly into the tub — use a strainer over the drain to prevent clogging.


Q: Do your oils or herbs have expiration dates?
Yes. Because these are fresh, natural products, I recommend using within 6–12 months. Always store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight for longest shelf life.


Q: Are your products scented with essential oils or fragrance oils?
Some blends include essential oils or natural fragrance oils. Please check each listing for specific ingredients and note any sensitivities or allergies you may have.


Q: Do you offer bundle deals or wholesale?
Bundle wellness kits are coming soon! If you’re interested in wholesale or bulk orders, please message me directly so we can discuss a custom solution.


Q: Where do you source your herbs?
I source from trusted vendors with high-quality, food-grade dried herbs. I also sell many of these individually by the ounce so you can explore herbalism at home.

 

How long does my package take to ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days after receiving order confirmation for your order to be processed for shipping. Shipping and Processing is only done Monday - Friday between 9am and 5pm. Any orders placed outside of these times will not be processed until the following business day. For More questions please review our Shipping Policy.

My package was marked delivered but it is not in my mailbox?

During checkout, you choose the shipment courier of your choice. Once you have received an email from Jay's Paws with a tracking number, your shipment has already been processed into your mail courier. It is then your responsibility to track your shipment. Any issues dealing with shipment should be taken up with your courier.

*Please note some couriers may prematurely mark packages as "Delivered" and will be delivered within the next 2-3 business days. We strongly suggest you choose "require signature" to prevent any shipment issues.

Do you ship packages internationally?

Yes, We ship internationally. Choose the desired shipment method at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, MasterCard, Shop Pay, and Visa. 

Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?

Currently we do not offer loyalty points be we strongly suggest you sign up for out email subscriptions to receive exclusive deals.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?
